Crystal City, September 28, 2015 – IMTAS® announced today that it has appointed Jerry L. Bowman, former President of BICSI and industry leader as its Chief Business Development Officer. Mr. Bowman joins IMTAS after leading a very successful career in the private sector, where he has had a number of successful executive roles in technology companies. In his new role, Mr. Bowman will leverage his unique background in the ICT, design and construction, along with the development of standards and best practices to develop and enhance company relationships and strategic market position.

Crystal City, Va., August 01, 2015 – IMTAS® announced today that it has appointed Zalmai Azmi, former Chief Information Officer for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), as the President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Azmi joins IMTAS after leading a very successful career in the Government and private sector. In his new role, Mr. Azmi will leverage his unique federal IT, national security, and cybersecurity expertise to support and oversee the company’s growth.
IMTAS President on FEDERAL NEW RADIO: The Senate Appropriations Committee rejected an amendment that would give the Office of Personnel Management an extra $37 million to make IT upgrades sooner rather than later. Senate Appropriations Committee Vice Chairwoman Barbara Mikulski (D-Md.) offered the amendment. She said OPM needs to fix its IT infrastructure immediately and described the amendment as “emergency funding”.
