U.S. Navy Seaport Enhanced (SeaPort-e)

SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The contract may be used by Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).

The NAVSEA SeaPort Enhanced contract provides electronic contracting vehicles to procure professional support services for authorized users in 22 functional areas in all 50 states divided into seven (7) regions. These services are available through all phases of ship, aircraft, and weapon system life cycle – technology development, concept exploration, design, specification development, construction/production, test and evaluation, certification, operation, maintenance, improvement/modernization, overhaul and refueling, salvage and disposal.
