IMTAS AWARDED FBI ASK Finance-Help Desk Services task on ITSSS-2 BPA

IMTAS is proud to announce our recent award to support the FBI’s Customer Advocacy Unit (CAU) Ask Finance Help Desk. Under this contract, we will provide comprehensive Tier 0 and Tier 1 support for FBI employees, contractors, and external vendors.

Our team will manage help desk operations, including password resets, issue triage, escalation, and resolution for financial and technical inquiries. We will also provide expert diagnosis, troubleshooting, and account management support to ensure seamless operations.

Additionally, IMTAS will oversee Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of the Help Desk knowledge base, enhancing self-help resources in Confluence by maintaining and updating frequently asked questions and addressing posted content errors. Our team will also provide administrative support for applications and databases related to the program.

This award reinforces IMTAS’s commitment to delivering efficient, reliable, and mission-focused IT services to support the FBI’s critical operations.
